Bilen \u00e4r utrustad med elektronisk gaspedal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi kommer att anv\u00e4nda oss av Varvtalsregulator H-Version (03-164), APP-sensor (03-170-Volvo) och \u00e4ven ett f\u00e4rdigt kablage till gaspedalen (03-176).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inst\u00e4llning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inst\u00e4llt brytvarvtal: ca 1300 RPM<br>Inst\u00e4lld hastighetsbegr\u00e4nsning: 30km\/h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signaler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Varvtalssignal tas ifr\u00e5n kamaxell\u00e4gesgivare.<br>Hastighet tas ifr\u00e5n bilens befintliga hastighetssignal som kommer fr\u00e5n v\u00e4xell\u00e5da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6vrigt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00f6mmatning tas via 15-matning i s\u00e4kringsboxen (str\u00f6m med t\u00e4ndning p\u00e5slagen)<br>Inkoppling mot gaspedal \u00e4r skyddad med metalln\u00e4t och popnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 k\u00f6r vi ig\u00e5ng, p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r bilen s\u00e5 tar vi varvtal via kam-givare och hastighet via befintlig kabel fr\u00e5n v\u00e4xell\u00e5dan som kommer ut till radion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varvtal &#8211; Anslutning mot kamaxell\u00e4gesgivare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kam-givaren hittar ni precis vid spj\u00e4llhuset p\u00e5 motorn. F\u00f6lj slangen fr\u00e5n luftburken som ligger mellan batteri och fj\u00e4dertornet s\u00e5 hittar du spj\u00e4llhuset p\u00e5 motorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2016\" height=\"1512\" src=\"http:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMG_1810_tydlig.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-563\"\/><figcaption>Givaren har 3 kablar p\u00e5 sig, det \u00e4r den bl\u00e5a kabeln som vi ska in p\u00e5 f\u00f6r att stj\u00e4la signal.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viktigt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Iom. att den befintliga signalen \u00e4r l\u00e5g s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt viktigt att vi inte tar alldeles f\u00f6r mycket kabel p\u00e5 den bl\u00e5a kabeln. P\u00e5 bilden anv\u00e4nds en 1mm2 kabel vilket \u00e4r lite v\u00e4l stort men det gick bra i detta fall. Rekommenderad kabeltjocklek \u00e4r 0.20-0.25mm2 f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla bra signal till bilens system men vi f\u00e5r \u00e4ven mer mer stabil signal till v\u00e5rt system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hastighet &#8211; Bakom radio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakom instrumentbr\u00e4dan har vi en gulsvart kabel som levererar hastighetssignal till stereon. Kabeln klipps is\u00e4r och sedan l\u00f6der vi p\u00e5 en ny kabel och isolerar detta s\u00e5 att den inte ska r\u00e5ka komma emot n\u00e5got annat och \u00e4ven sitta ordentligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1806\" height=\"1213\" src=\"http:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMG_1807_tydlig.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-564\"\/><figcaption>Den h\u00e4r kabeln grundar sig i v\u00e4xell\u00e5dan och anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka volymen n\u00e4r man k\u00f6r fort. Rekommenderar att prata med besiktningen f\u00f6r att vara uppdaterad med de absolut senaste reglerna kring detta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gaspedal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapsling av kontakten \u00e4r via n\u00e4t och spikband.
