Detta g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven anslutning mot 5-serie (E60) och det spelar ingen roll om det \u00e4r bensin eller diesel. P\u00e5 den h\u00e4r bilen har vi valt att anv\u00e4nda Cannect Twinpulse f\u00f6r att komma \u00e5t hastighet och varvtalssignal fr\u00e5n bilens Canbus system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fordonet \u00e4r utrustat med Varvtalsregulator H-version (03-164) och varv\/hastighet begr\u00e4nsas p\u00e5 gaspedalen med gaspedalsstyrning (03-170), b\u00e4gge produkterna fr\u00e5n Loh Electronics AB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inst\u00e4llning av varvtal och hastighet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brytvarvtal: ca 1100 RPM<br>Hastighetsgr\u00e4ns: 30km\/h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signalen till Varvtalsregulator H-Version<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insignaler till Varvtalsregulator H-version tas ifr\u00e5n fordonets PT-CAN (canbus) med hj\u00e4lp av CANM8 CANNECT TWINPULSE som \u00e4r ett canbus interface f\u00f6r att skapa en pulserande utg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r varv och hastighet. Insignalerna g\u00e5r ej att manipulera. &#8211; CANM8 CANNECT TWINPULSE \u00e4r inbyggd i samma l\u00e5da som Varvtalsregulator och gaspedalstyrning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu g\u00e5r vi igenom hur vi gjort installationen och f\u00f6rklarar hur du ska g\u00f6ra om du vill g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 samma vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anslutning mot Canbus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anslutning mot canbus kan man g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 lite olika vis. Det viktiga \u00e4r bara att vi kommer \u00e5t r\u00e4tt sida av canbus s\u00e5 att vi kan f\u00e5 varvtal- och hastighetssignal till regulatorn. Befintliga kablar som gick till pedalen tidigare \u00e4r klippta och kommer l\u00f6das p\u00e5 den gr\u00e5a flerledarkabeln p\u00e5 bilden.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via kabeln som ni ser p\u00e5 bilden s\u00e5 l\u00f6der vi p\u00e5 en den klippta gaspedalskontakten och tillbaka till bilens kablage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/mini-Foto-2020-09-10-12-35-35.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-468\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kapsling  och position av Regulator, APP-sensor och Twinpulse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu b\u00f6rjar vi bli klara och ska bara dra igenom kablarna till v\u00e5r monteringsl\u00e5da (03-152) och sedan st\u00e4ller vi in systemet s\u00e5 att det fungerar som det ska inf\u00f6r besiktningen. Tillsammans med Cannect Twinpulse s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi tag p\u00e5 b\u00e5de varvtal och hastighet. Detta g\u00e5r indirekt mot Canbus och om t.ex. ABS-s\u00e4kringen tas bort s\u00e5 kommer regulatorn bara h\u00e5lla sig p\u00e5 varvtalsbrytning hela tiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/mini-Foto-2020-09-11-11-06-42.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-471\"\/><figcaption>H\u00e4r har vi alla enheter inne i en och samma l\u00e5da (03-152).
