Byglingarna nyttjas f\u00f6r att kunna k\u00f6ra bilen utan H-CAN inkopplad, d\u00e5 med full funktion p\u00e5 gaspedalen under sj\u00e4lva byggperioden. Plasten p\u00e5 byglingarna anpassades f\u00f6r att passa bredvid varandra mitt p\u00e5 ett kontaktstycke. Byglingarnas tv\u00e5 stift l\u00f6ddes ihop med hj\u00e4lp av en bit kabel.<\/li><li>D\u00e5 arbetet i detta stadium fokuserar p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 till funktionen har inte plomberingsarbetet p\u00e5b\u00f6rjats.<\/li><li>OBS: Hankontakten och de tv\u00e5 byglingarna \u00e4r <strong>inte <\/strong>fr\u00e5n Loh Electronics. Denna hankontakten \u00e4r n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre, \u00e4n den som levereras av Loh till H-CAN modul. Byglingar ing\u00e5r <strong>inte <\/strong>i H-CAN paketet fr\u00e5n Loh Electronics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inkoppling av CAN-bus, +12V, UT &amp; In signaler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"845\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Skarmklipp-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1509\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Samtliga inkopplingar \u00e4r gjorda genom l\u00f6dning som skyddats med krympslang och eltejp Som extra skydd har buntband nyttjats som dragavlastning. Buntbanden avl\u00e4gsnas vid plombering.<\/li><li>Anslutningarna plomberas n\u00e4r H-CAN fungerar som det \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test av H-CAN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1511\" width=\"570\" height=\"428\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>P\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r byglingarna monterade i kontaktdonet f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 full funktion p\u00e5 gaspedalen.<\/li><li>Vid m\u00e4tning av signalerna fr\u00e5n gaspedalen, med bilen startad, erh\u00f6lls f\u00f6ljande v\u00e4rden. (V\u00e4rden inom parentes \u00e4r fr\u00e5n tidigare m\u00e4tning med t\u00e4ndningen p\u00e5 men bilen ej startad):<\/li><li>Pin 2 Signal 0,50v (0,43v) Op\u00e5verkad \/ 4,62v (4,56v) Fullt p\u00e5verkad.<\/li><li>Pin 5 Signal 0,28v (0,20v) Op\u00e5verkad \/ 2,33v (2,26v) Fullt p\u00e5verkad.<\/li><li>Kontrollm\u00e4t jord och +12v samt provk\u00f6r bilen och se s\u00e5 den fungera som vanligt samt att inga felmeddelande visas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1513\" width=\"510\" height=\"354\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>P\u00e5 bilden ovan har hankontakten bytts till den som kommer med regulatorn.<\/li><li>Regulatorn har kommit fr\u00e5n LoH och monterats f\u00f6r testk\u00f6rning.<\/li><li>Gul lampa lyser = ok<\/li><li>Bra att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5: stick inte in kablarna f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt i kontaktstycket (hanen) om du monterar kablarna med kontaktstycket l\u00f6st. Om man g\u00f6r det kan det vara sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 kontaktstycket riktigt i botten p\u00e5 honkontakten p\u00e5 regulatorn. Detta kan d\u00e5 leda till glapp i kontakten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"536\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/300C.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1545\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inga justeringar beh\u00f6vde g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 regulatorn, LoH fabriksinst\u00e4llningar fungerade utm\u00e4rkt.<\/li><li>Testen gjordes \u00e4ven med ABS-s\u00e4kringar 17 och 21 borttagna i den fr\u00e4mre s\u00e4kringsboxen. Regulatorn gick d\u00e5 i fels\u00e4kert l\u00e4ge, allt enligt vad den skall g\u00f6ra.<\/li><li>Farth\u00e5llaren moterades \u00e4ven fysiskt bort. <\/li><li>Nu kan arbete med plombering och slutmontering p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plombering <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"742\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Skarmklipp-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1519\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Metallbox (03-152) &#8220;121x145x54&#8221; fr\u00e5n LoH nyttjades f\u00f6r placering av H-CAN.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plombering av kabelanslutning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"580\" height=\"778\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Skarmklipp-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1520\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Montera ner gaspedalen. Fr\u00e5n inkopplingspunkten dras kablarna in i slangen. <\/li><li>Fixering g\u00f6rs med eltejp och buntband. <\/li><li>Kabelskyddsplomberingen fixeras med tv\u00e5 buntband. Popniten s\u00e4tts p\u00e5 plats n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r monterat, objektet provk\u00f6rt och fungerar som det ska. <\/li><li>Gaspedalen monteras.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plombering av kabelanslutning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Skydd av original anslutningar till gaspedal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1523\" width=\"415\" height=\"321\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaspedalen lossas n\u00e5got s\u00e5 ett h\u00e5lband kan f\u00f6ras in mellan gaspedalen och<br>torpedv\u00e4ggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1524\" width=\"413\" height=\"392\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallret b\u00f6js ner \u00f6ver kabelanslutningen och popnitas fast i h\u00e5lbandet som b\u00f6jts runt gaspedalens kontaktstycke. H\u00e5lbandet nitas sedan ihop med sig sj\u00e4lv<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-17.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1525\" width=\"418\" height=\"412\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett h\u00e5lband monteras fr\u00e5n skruven som h\u00e5ller rattst\u00e5ngsdamasken i torpedv\u00e4ggen till h\u00e5lbandet vid gaspedalen. H\u00e5lbandet borras upp n\u00e5got s\u00e5 det passar p\u00e5 den befintliga skruven. En extra mutter h\u00e5ller h\u00e5lbandet p\u00e5 plats. Den extra muttern p\u00e5 den befintliga skruven plomberas genom att h\u00e5lbandet viks tillbaka \u00f6ver muttern och popnitas ihop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Montering av metallbox (03-152)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Metallboxen monteras med tv\u00e5 skruvar i pl\u00e5ten under ratten. L\u00e5t metallboxen ta st\u00f6d vid de r\u00f6da pilarna s\u00e5 hamnar boxen bra i l\u00e4ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1529\" width=\"416\" height=\"479\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kablaget tillsnyggat. <\/li><li>Nu kan pl\u00e5ten vikas upp och skruvas fast medans H-Can modulen \u201dsticker ut\u201d.
