Vi rekommenderar att du tar bort jorden fr\u00e5n batteriet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I och med att vi <strong>inte <\/strong>har anv\u00e4nt en induktiv givare f\u00f6r att m\u00e4ta hastighetssignalen p\u00e5 drivande axel. UT- kanalen fr\u00e5n H-regulatorn kopplas till stift \u201d<strong>2<\/strong>\u201d p\u00e5 rel\u00e4t.<\/li><li>Jord fr\u00e5n regulatorn och rel\u00e4t ska ha en bra chassijord.<\/li><li>Den \u201d<strong>bl\u00e5a<\/strong>\u201d originalkabeln som sitter befintlig p\u00e5 t\u00e4ndspolens pluspol ska kopplas till stift \u201d<strong>3<\/strong>\u201d p\u00e5 rel\u00e4t. Fr\u00e5n stift \u201d<strong>5<\/strong>\u201d p\u00e5 rel\u00e4t kopplas till t\u00e4ndspolens pluspol.<\/li><li>Den \u201d<strong>r\u00f6dvita<\/strong>\u201d kabeln ska sitta kvar befintligt p\u00e5 t\u00e4ndspolen minus pol.<\/li><li>Kollar man p\u00e5 skyddsdioden s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en <strong>gr\u00e5silvrig<\/strong> del, den ska vara riktad p\u00e5 stift \u201d<strong>3<\/strong>\u201d p\u00e5 rel\u00e4t.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1145\" width=\"666\" height=\"942\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shiftlight<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shiftlight dioden som syns p\u00e5 kopplingsschemat \u00e4r inget m\u00e5ste f\u00f6r att A-traktorn ska g\u00e5 i 30km\/h. Shiftlight dioden lyser bl\u00e5tt n\u00e4r det \u00e4r 7% kvar tills H-regulatorn bryter. D\u00e5 kan du f\u00e5 en hj\u00e4lp att sl\u00e4ppa av foten fr\u00e5n gaspedalen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en behagligare k\u00f6rning. Man kan s\u00e4ga att det endast \u00e4r ett hj\u00e4lpmedel till f\u00f6raren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nedf\u00f6rsbackefunktionen \u201dX\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att aktivera nedf\u00f6rsbackefunktionen \u201dX\u201d s\u00e5 ska X enbart jordas mot bilens chassi f\u00f6r att bli aktiverad. Nedf\u00f6rsbackefunktionen g\u00f6r att H-regulatorn bryter p\u00e5 30km\/h om man frikopplar i en nedf\u00f6rsbacke. Inte ett m\u00e5ste f\u00f6r att A-traktorn ska fungera att g\u00e5 i 30km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inkoppling klar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r inkopplingen \u00e4r klar s\u00e5 ska det se ut p\u00e5 detta vis. H\u00e4r kan man se hur den \u201dbl\u00e5a\u201d original kabeln fr\u00e5n t\u00e4ndspolen plus pol kopplas till stift \u201d3\u201d p\u00e5 rel\u00e4t mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bra att veta:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Det \u00e4r viktigt att det \u00e4r olika kul\u00f6rer p\u00e5 installation kablarna f\u00f6r att det blir l\u00e4ttare att koppla in alla kablar i H-regulatorn och till rel\u00e4t. Med \u201dkabelsatsen\u201d som med f\u00f6ljer paketet s\u00e5 \u00e4r det 5st kablar med olika kul\u00f6rer som g\u00f6r det enkelt att se vilken kabel som g\u00e5r vart.<\/li><li>Vare sig det g\u00e4ller H-REG, H-CAN eller APP-sensor s\u00e5 ska det vara elektriskt korrekt installerat i den gr\u00f6na kontakten. Ingen exponerad koppar f\u00e5r finnas p\u00e5 utsidan av kontakten. Detta \u00e4r j\u00e4tteviktigt eftersom det f\u00f6religger stor risk f\u00f6r kortslutning om det inte \u00e4r elektriskt korrekt h\u00e4r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hsupport.lohelectronics.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-19.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1146\" width=\"658\" height=\"658\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varvtals och hastighetsprogrammering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Varvtalsprogrammering:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Vrid p\u00e5 full t\u00e4ndning.<\/li><li>H\u00e5ll in programmeringsknappen (finns under den svarta pluppen).<\/li><li>Vrid ig\u00e5ng bilen samtidigt som du h\u00e5ller in programmeringsknappen. Varva upp motor till ca 1200rpm. Sl\u00e4pp d\u00e4refter programmeringsknappen.<\/li><li>Du har nu gjort varvtalsprogrammering.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hastighetsprogrammering<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hissa upp bilens bakd\u00e4ck f\u00f6r att kunna programmera in hastigheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Vrid ig\u00e5ng motorn.<\/li><li>\u201dV\u201d f\u00f6r varvtal kommer att lysa orange p\u00e5 H-regulatorn. S\u00e5 fort du l\u00e4gger i en v\u00e4xel och d\u00e4cken b\u00f6rjar snurra s\u00e5 hoppar den orange lampan \u00f6ver till \u201dH\u201d hastighet.<\/li><li>H\u00e5ll d\u00e5 in programmeringsknappen medan du k\u00f6r upp till 30km\/h p\u00e5 3:ans v\u00e4xel.<\/li><li>Sl\u00e4pp programmeringsknappen n\u00e4r du \u00e5ker i 30km\/h.<\/li><li>Hastighetsprogrammeringen \u00e4r nu klar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vilka v\u00e4xlar ska jag sp\u00e4rra p\u00e5 min Volvo 740\/940?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manuell v\u00e4xell\u00e5da:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan s\u00e4ga s\u00e5 h\u00e4r, beroende vilken bilmodell det \u00e4r s\u00e5 ska 4,5 och eventuellt 6:ans v\u00e4xel sp\u00e4rrars p\u00e5 alla manuella bilar. 4,5 och 6 v\u00e4xel \u00e4r f\u00f6r tungt f\u00f6r motorn att k\u00f6ra 30km\/h i. Vi rekommenderar att man har kvar 1,2,3 och R p\u00e5 alla manuella bilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Automat v\u00e4xell\u00e5da<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rdelen med bilar med automatl\u00e5da \u00e4r att du inte beh\u00f6ver sp\u00e4rra n\u00e5gra v\u00e4xlar. Viktigt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man har en automatv\u00e4xlad bil \u00e4r att n\u00e4r man programmerar H-REG (03-164) i en Volvo 940 (automat) s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste man programmera varvtalsp\u00e4rren extra sn\u00e4vt f\u00f6r att den inte ska kunna g\u00e5 f\u00f6r fort.
